Analog was founded in 2013 by Berlin-based Florian Zumkehr and his former partner, with the declared goal of eliminating everything artificial. Analog relies on real relationships, an high level of technics and the direct interaction with the audience to share fun and passion directly from the stage. Driven by the idea of reaking out of the life as a professional artist and the need to feel the natural, raw and sometimes painful energy of the street, the artists combined their profession and love for show. One Summer in a van driving across Europe, armed with nothing but a small music system, a few simple props, a tent and a map, the street show ANALOG was born.
In order to be able to also play in winter, the decision to collaborate with JATKA78, a theatre based in Prague, was made. The research for a concept of a street show, which can take place in a closed space was commenced. Friends were invited, and born was the first stage production of Analog: FINALE.
