About International Performing Arts Management
IPAM operates at the intersection of performing arts production, international cultural strategy, and academic practice—developing projects that connect artists, institutions, and audiences across borders.
IPAM aims to establish a globally connected platform that advances performing arts through innovative production models, critical engagement, and sustainable international collaboration.
IPAM is a platform which practices the large-scale productions, touring logistics, marketing and public relations, budgeting, and institutional collaboration.
Over the years, IPAM has been involved in the development and delivery of major international productions and collaborations, working with leading artists, companies, and venues across the World and Türkiye. This experience has established a strong operational and strategic understanding of the performing arts ecosystem, from artistic creation to audience engagement.
Through IPAM, this accumulated experience is brought together into a multidisciplinary platform that develops and supports projects at the intersection of performing arts production, international cultural strategy, and academic practice.
IPAM is led by Leman Yılmaz, a performing arts professional with over two decades of international experience in production, cultural management, and academic practice.
